Number of healthy refreshing juices, drinks, we have to enjoy this summer and

Stay hydrated and happy energised the whole day.

So I got you guys, these 5 best & healthy super new summer drinks to enjoy.

What are 5 healthy Homemade Summer drinks?

1:- Spiced Mango Cooler:

So please, ditch those sugary drinks now this summer, because I got you guys, this super healthy and yummy for your tummy,

(muh me pani aa raha hai na?) this spiced mango cooler is not only yummy drink, but also fully loaded with

Important minerals and vitamins which your body needs in summer to make you feel hydrated and energised.

So for this, we start gathering all this ingredients first.

Ingredients in Spiced Mango Cooler (Aam Pudine ki Thandaai):

I am giving ingredients quantity for 2 glasses.

  • For Best Flavours Take 1 Kesar or Alphonso Ripe Mango (Paka Hua Aam)
  • Then take ½ (half) cup chilled ice water
  • Next take ¼ (half of half) cup of Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Next take 1 inch size piece of ginger, peel it and chop it finely into very small pices
  • Then take ¼ (half of half) tea spoon of ground black pepper
  • Next take ¼ (half of half) tea spoon of roasted cumin powder
  • Then take a pinch of black salt (kala namak) or you can take regular white salt also
  • Lastly for healthier sugary taste, take 1 table spoon of Honey (you can skip it also, this is optional)

So these only 8 ingredients we are using for this delicious spice mango cooler (Aam Pudine ki Thandaai)

Instructions for Preparing Spiced Mango Cooler (aam pudine ki thandaai)

Step 1:-

Your first step is, wash that 1 mango perfectly and peel it (chilka nikaal do) and cut it roughly into any sizes.

Tip:  if the mango is not ripe (paka hua) then you can add 1 table spoon of honey or sugar, this will balance the sweetness

Step 2:

Take a mixer grinder and add in that, chopped mango pieces,

Next add half cup of chilled iced water, then add ¼ (half of half) cup of mint leaves,

Then add 1 inch size piece of chopped ginger, ¼ (half of half) tea spoon of black pepper, ¼ (half of half) tea spoon of roasted cumin powder,

And add a pinch of black salt or regular white salt in the mixer grinder and blend it and make a smooth paste.

Step 3:-

You can taste the paste and adjust the sweetness according to how much sweet you want,

You can more 1 table spoon of honey or 1 table spoon of sugar in the paste,

You can skip this, if your mangoes are perfectly ripe (paka hua aam) sweet.

Step 4:-

Now if you want, smoother texture, then you can strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve, which will remove the mango fibers.

(aap chaho to paste of chaan sakte ho channi ki madat se, agar aapko mango fibers nahi chahiye, ya fir drink aapko watery drink chahiye to)

Yes this is also optional, totally on you, but if you ask me, then I will simply skip this step, because I want all the healthy fibers.

Step 5:-

Now creative serving step, take 2 glasses and add this mango blended paste in the 2 glasses equally

And add some ice cubes and water in the two 2 glasses, because the ingredients quantity is enough for only 2 glasses.

Now serve it with lemon slice and some mint leaves on top of the glass.

This minty rose lassi is fully loaded with probiotic powder and cooking refreshment, and the best fragrant of flower.

So let’s see, how to prepare this minty rose lassi.

First we need some ingredients.

Ingredients in minty rose lassi (pudine gulaab ki lassi):

  • First take 1 cup of full fat whole milk yogurt for creamier lassi
  • Next take ½ (half) cup of iced chilled water
  • Then take 3 table spoon of gulaab jal (edible rose water)
  • Then take ½ (half) cup of fresh mint leaves (pudine k patte)
  • Then take 3 table spoon of Honey or you can take Sugar
  • Lastly take some Ice Cubes.

Only 6 ingredients we need for this healthy minty rose lassi.

Now let’s see the preparation.

Instructions for preparing minty rose lassi:

  1. First wash the mint leaves under water and
  2. Then take a mixer grinder and add all the ingredients in the mixer grinder (yogurt, mint leaves, rose water, honey, ice cubes and chilled water)
  3. Now make a smooth paste of the ingredients in the mixer grinder.
  4. Now taste the paste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey and
  5. You can also adjust the rose flavour by adding little bit of more rose water, not too much
  6. Or nothing, this is it. Drink it cool only for best taste.

  1. You can take thick curd also, if you don’t have full fat milk yogurt.
  2. For best lassi texture, note on grinding the lassi in the mixture, best high speed is good.

Here are the Ingredients you need in coconut cumin cooler (jeera flavoured coconut water):

  • Take 1 big glass of fresh coconut water
  • Next take ½ (half) cup of chilled water
  • Next take ½ (half) tea spoon of roasted cumin seeds (jeera)
  • Then take 1 table spoon of lemon juice
  • And take a pinch of Himalayan pink salt for rich salty taste (or you can take regular white salt)
  • Next take 2 table spoon of honey and some mint leaves for garnishing. (these 2 ingredients are optional, if you want, can skip it)

Only these ingredients we need for coconut cumin cooler.

Simple Steps for Preparing Coconut Cumin Cooler:

  1. First, dry roast half tea spoon of cumin seeds in the pan, (or you can use roasted cumin powder also half tea spoon)
  2. Now again, add all these ingredients in the mixer grinder (coconut water, chilled water, roasted cumin seeds, lemon juice, salt, and honey if using)
  3. Blend everything in the mixer grinder, blend until all the ingredients blended smoothly.
  4. Now, once blended perfectly, simply pour it in the ice full of glass
  5. And garnish it with 3 to 4 mint leaves and drink it cold only.

  • Here first take 1 cup of chilled water,
  • Then take 1 whole lemon juice
  • Then take 1 table spoon of honey
  • And then take 1 table spoon chia seeds
  • Next take a pinch of Himalayan pink salt or regular salt
  • Then take some mint leaves for garnishing, (this is optional)

Only 5 to 6 ingredients for this healthy summer drink.

  1. Easy steps, add all the ingredients in a glass (chilled water, 1 whole lemon juice, honey, chia seeds and salt)
  2. Now mix everything in the glass perfectly and
  3. Now keep it the fridge for 1 hour or keep it in the fridge until chia seeds absorbs water
  4. Once done, now simply add it the ice full of glass or you can enjoy it directly, after putting it in the fridge.
  5. Now you can garnish it with some mint leaves and enjoy

Ingredients in Tangy Watermelon Punch:

  • Take 1 fresh red from inside watermelon and cut it into small cubes (of course remove watermelon seeds)
  • Then take 1 fresh orange and squeeze whole juice of it in a cup
  • Next take 4 to 5 table spoon of lemon juice or you can take 2 whole lemons
  • Next take 2 table spoon of sugar, (you can skip this, if your watermelon is sweet)
  • Then take half cup of fresh mint leaves and
  • Lastly very important take only soda water (club soda) or you can take sparkling water.

That’s it, only 5 ingredients are enough to impress your guest in your summer party drinks.

Now comes the preparation part. So follow my easy instructions.

Simple steps to prepare tangy watermelon Punch:

  1. Take a mixer grinder and add 80% of watermelon cubes in the mixer grinder, (note: no seeds)
  2. Now add 1 whole fresh orange or its juice, quantity should be almost 1 cup
  3. Next add 4 to 5 table spoon of lemon juice in the mixer grinder and
  4. Now if you can add sugar only if your watermelon is not sweet, if if it sweet, then skip adding sugar in the mixer grinder
  5. Now grind it all smoothly. Make a thick juice
  6. Now take a large mud pot and add ice in that pot
  7. And add all this watermelon juice, which we have blended it now in the mixer grinder,
  8. Now add soda water in the pot, adjust according to how much you need,
  9. Now add those left 20% small watermelon cubes in the pot
  10. Now garnish it with some fresh finely chopped mint leaves and
  11. Now it is ready to be served to your guest and impress them in your summer party.
